1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ezostech.com and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Ezos Tech provides “Cold Email Infrastructure” services, including but not limited to domain procurement, DNS configuration, inbox warming, and campaign management.

3. Client Obligations
  • Content Compliance: You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of the emails sent using the infrastructure we build. You agree to comply with all applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL). Ezos Tech is not liable for the legality of your email copy.
  • Non-Abusive Use: You agree not to use the infrastructure for phishing, scams, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund if malicious activity is detected.
4. Payment & Subscription Terms
  • Setup Fees: All setup fees are non-refundable once the build process has commenced (typically within 24 hours of payment).
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Managed services are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice by emailing info@ezostech.com.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay monthly invoices within 7 days may result in the suspension of your domains and inboxes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties (Deliverability)

While Ezos Tech utilizes industry-best practices to maximize deliverability (inbox placement):

  • We cannot guarantee 100% inbox placement, as this is controlled by third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, Zoho) and is subject to their algorithmic changes.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, replies, or sales. Our role is to provide the technical infrastructure to enable your outreach.
6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ezos Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
